Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Your nose is the centrepiece of your face, and if too large, small, wide or thin, can make your face appear disproportionate and throw off the natural balance that your face needs. Nose surgery can help readdress this balance by reshaping your nose, which can have a variety of positive impacts on your day to day life.

Introduction to Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Nose surgery can boost your self esteem and self confidence, and make others view you in a more positive light.

The non-surgical rhinoplasty is a procedure that uses dermal fillers to reshape the contours of the nose without invasive surgery. Nose reshaping of this nature essentially means that a ‘nose job’ can be achieved without surgery; this has a variety of benefits for the patient, depending on what you want to achieve from your nose job. Determining whether you are suitable for this specific procedure can be discussed with Mr Marando during your consultation.

Non-surgical nose jobs are a more temporary measure than traditional surgery, but with careful maintenance a non surgical option can be just as effective and may be better for your overall health, as it does not require general anaesthetic or any surgical procedures.

Mr Marando will answer any questions that you may have about non-surgical nose jobs, such as how much a non-surgical nose job will cost you, and how long it will last. These factors may be slightly different in specific cases depending on the extent of the dermal fillers and your own skin.
However, prices start from £450, and Mr Marando will advise you whether your specific procedure will come to more. A non-surgical rhinoplasty is expected to last around a year, depending on the individual.
Mr Marando will assess this and advise you on whether a nose job treatment with fillers is the right option for you. Not all noses can be improved using the non-surgical approach, so a consultation with an experienced surgeon is imperative.

If you decide to go ahead and proceed with the treatment, you will always be invited to come back for a second consultation with Mr Marando, closer to the date of procedure.

Who is the best candidate for Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

During your consultation at the Star Clinic, Mr Marando will discuss with you what you want to see from this treatment and will assess how achievable your aims are, and whether you are right for the procedure. As a highly qualified and experience plastic surgeon, Mr Marando will advise you in the best form of treatment for what you want to achieve.

The Procedure

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an alternative to the traditional nose job. Non-surgical rhinoplasty temporarily changes the appearance of the nose and is a much less invasive treatment.  Surgical rhinoplasty is the most common procedure of the two. This surgical approach has the advantage of being a permanent operation, however there is downtime and recovery, and there is often a significant amount of bruising after a traditional nose job, meaning that it is difficult to return to work quickly as your face is so drastically bruised.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an alternative to the traditional nose job, with prices starting from £450. The recovery time from this nose job technique is much quicker, but it has the negative factor that it is not permanent, as well as the fact that not all noses can be altered with this method.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses dermal fillers to camouflage defects, and usually lasts up to one year (this will of course depend on the individual). This procedure only requires local anaesthetic creams to help with any discomfort experienced during the procedure. The results of this treatment are immediate.

Recovery from non-surgical rhinoplasty is much quicker than that of a traditional nose job. After the procedure one can theoretically return straight to work, depending on how you feel in yourself. It is advised that you take the rest of the day to rest and minimise any bruising, which can be further reduced by using ice on the affected area.
Mr Marando and his team will provide you with a detailed care plan of how best to recover and care for your procedure if you proceed with non-surgical rhinoplasty in Mr Marando’s Star Clinic in Manchester.
